Steve received an MBA from Indiana University and has a BA degree from the University of Evansville in Indiana. The first 25 years of his career was spent in the healthcare industry, where he served as Executive Director / Hospital Administrator for hospitals in Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee. Steve concentrates on the administrative side of manufacturing, including accounting & finance, materials management, quality assurance, human resources, safety, and production management. He is active in community affairs and has served as the President of the local Chamber of Commerce, and President and Campaign Chairman of the United Way, and Board Chairman of the Lakeway Achievement Center. |
Veronica (Roni) Snyder, Sr. Partner vls@cpisearch.com Roni joined CPI in July 1999 and became co-owner in May 2004. She was originally hired as a Junior Partner and was promoted to Partner in April 2000 and Senior Partner in December 2002. Roni received her Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from Tennessee Technological University in 1996. Prior to joining CPI, she spent two years as a staffing supervisor for a temporary employment agency. Roni serves on the Board of Directors of the local Chamber of Commerce, and is past Board President of Girls Inc. She is also active in the United Way of Hamblen County. Roni works with technical manufacturing roles, including manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production management and product design. In 2000, the Tennessee Association of Personnel Services named her “Top Producing Rookie Recruiter in Engineering”. |
Mike Sandlock, Administrative Assistant mes@cpisearch.com Mike is involved in everything from handling the switchboard, to applicant screening, to updating profiles, doing correspondence, and client research. More than likely, you will talk to him when you call our office or correspond through e-mail. He has a BS in Graphic Design and has spent 35 years in the Advertising Industry as an Art Director / Creative Director / Director of Advertising. Mike is also heavily involved in the Knights of Columbus charitable works at the State level. Otherwise, he is often motorcycling / camping around the country. |

His approach was based on respect, integrity, and professionalism, which remain the core pillars of the company today. Jim retired from the recruiting business in May 2004, but still remains very active in other business ventures. |
